With our postal letter delivery service featuring dynamic QR codes, we guarantee the secrecy of correspondence, ensuring that the contents of a sealed letter are never revealed or opened while in transit.     • We offer refunds to our clients in USDC at a cost of 3% of the COD amount. This cost does not include the letter shipping fees nor the costs or surcharges charged by the logistics operator for COD shipments.

How it works:

1. Service request:  

  • To access our services, you must first have an approved customer account. When placing an order on our website, the client must provide the recipient’s details and the amount to be collected upon delivery (if applicable). You will then receive a confirmation email with the credentials needed to configure the dynamic QR content.

2. Dynamic QR configuration:  

  • Using the provided credentials, the client will access the assigned external platform and configure the dynamic QR content according to their needs. Options include text, PDF, URL or other available formats.

3. QR generation and letter dispatch:  

  • We handle the storage of physical letters with pre‑generated QR codes. Once the service is contracted, we send the sealed letter to the recipient indicated by the client.

4. Reception and payment (COD):  

  • The recipient receives the letter and completes the cash‑on‑delivery payment (if applicable), ensuring that funds are received before accessing the digital content.

5. Secure access:  

  • Once payment is completed, the recipient can scan the QR code to securely access the digital content.
