Fulfillment fee
Our prices include shipping with a leading courier service. Below are the costs based on package size and weight. This service is available for shipments to and from the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). If you need to ship your orders to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, please contact us for a tailored solution.

Packaging
We offer a professional packaging service, which includes mailing bags, bubble wrap and/or padded envelopes. Boxes are not included in these prices. For more information about using custom packaging, please contact us.

We provide storage for each item from the moment it arrives at our facilities. Monthly storage fees per unit are as follows:

Shipping surcharges
- Fuel: Additional charges may be applied by some courier companies to cover fuel costs, in addition to basic shipping rates.
- Return handling fee: €3.99 per return.
- International shipping: Quotes available per country.
