Registration and approval:

To access any of our services, clients are required to register and create an account on our website. The registration process (insert link) is simple and consists of the following steps:

1. Account creation (insert link) :  

  • Clients must provide basic information such as full name, address, email, phone number, and tax information.  
  • Once registration is completed, the client will receive an email requesting additional documentation and/or details about their expectations and needs.

2. Account approval:  

  • Our team will review the information provided to ensure it meets our security and compliance requirements.  
  • The account must be approved before the client can use our services. Approval may take up to 72 hours.

Compliance and identity verification:

We take security and legal compliance very seriously to prevent the misuse of our services and the commission of tax crimes, money laundering or other illicit activities. To ensure this, we implement the following measures:

1. Bank micro‑deposit:  

  • Although we offer the option to pay with USDC for our logistics services and provide a fiat–digital assets ramp for COD collections or transactions handled through our Paymaster service (with a 3% fee on the amount to be paid or transacted), we reserve the right to request a bank micro‑deposit at any time.  
  • This micro‑deposit will have a minimum of €0.01 and must be made from a bank account whose holder matches 100% the name registered on our website.  
  • This procedure helps us verify the client’s identity and ensure regulatory compliance.

2. Request for additional documentation:  

  • We reserve the right to request further documentation and/or information from the client at any time to ensure compliance with our policies and legal regulations.

Services offered:

  • Receipt of goods and storage:  

We offer a comprehensive goods reception and storage service for both individuals and businesses. You can receive all types of shipments with the assurance that they will be protected and accessible whenever you need them.

  • Fulfillment service (picking, packaging, shipping):  

We manage orders, preparation, packaging and shipping of products for various types of businesses. We integrate our solutions with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

  • COD service (USDC refund option):  

Allows consumers to pay for their orders upon delivery. Businesses may choose to receive these payments in USDC, enabling faster and more flexible financial management.

  • Paymaster service:  

We act as a reliable intermediary in commercial transactions, managing payments securely and efficiently. We also offer a crypto‑fiat ramp to facilitate transactions.

  • Mailing of letters with dynamic QR codes:  

Ensures the secrecy of correspondence and enables the secure delivery of digital product codes.
